Old bad habits are stubborn

Hey Guy back with another day with another real life experience in pursuit of good habits, Our mind play an essential role in our success or losses, Its true as I have made a decision to built good habits and say bye-bye to old and bad habits but my mind and body does not like this change and they are bit reluctant to new habits, my mind and body both disagree with the idea of healthy life and its kind of a non-co-operative movement from my mind and body.

if I want to wakeup early I literally have to fight with my thoughts and even though I want to do it my brain does not send signal to my body to act on it, I being stuck in my cozy bed won’t have courage to get out of bed, yes it’s just bad habits that needs to be redirected towards good habits, to achieve it I have to do things that I actually want to do and do it again and again until I form a habit of doing those things until my mind and body both get used to it.

So lets get back to the story, tried waking up but could not so went back to sleep, woke up again still same I was feeling help less and suddenly I heard a sound of something dropped inside my Budgie cage and that worked with in a blink of second I was standing next to my budgie cage looking inside the cage to check what happen it was a piece of apple dropped by Marshmallow or Muffin my 2 cute budgies.

So now as I was out of my bed went to gym, had a good breakfast and banana shake, went to office and returned home. This is day 3 I am trying to keep up with new habits that I want in my life and hopefully will be able to get use to my new habits without having to fight a lot with my mind and body.

It’s important to keep mind and body healthy and we humans know this better that we do not like to eat healthy or workout as its hard to do and takes long time and discipline that we have but for watching and scrolling social media and eating unhealthy fast-food, we take a resolution every year and break it with in 5 day just because our mind and body do not co-operate with the new habits.

So be stubborn do not give up it will take a lot of patients, down this track you will fall a lot of times, but don’t worry that’s fine just get back up start your journey again even if you give up start again next day until you succeed in forming new good habits as once you defeat your mind and body no one can stop you from achieving your goals keep in mind you biggest enemy are your bad habits.
